摘　　要：主要介绍了电热式焙烧冷却炉的结构及产量1500 kg/h二氧化锰还原单元的系统设计思路,分析了实际运行过程中出现的问题及解决方法。运行结果表明:电热式焙烧冷却炉结构设计合理,该单元的设计完全达到了工艺要求。the structure of electricity heat rotary calcine cooling kiln and capacity 1 500 kg/h unit system design are introduced, analysis arisen question and dispose method of fact run process the run result showed that the structure design of electricity heat rotary calcine cooling kiln are logical, the unit design achieve request of technics.
