节流孔类型对换挡缓冲时间的影响

摘　　要：通过对自动变速箱换挡阀块低温时缓冲时间过长的问题进行分析,得出不同的节流孔类型对于换档缓冲时间的影响,并提出了解决该问题的方案。建立了该换档阀块溢流型缓冲阀的AMESim模型,通过仿真分析验证了改进方案的可行性和有效性。The problem that the valve of shift gears in the auto transmission box usually costs too long time to cushion when in low temperature was analyzed. The factors that influence the shift cushion time for different throttle orifice were studied, a improved pro- ject was put forward. AMESim model of the overflow valve was set up. The simulation result shows that the improved project is feasible and effective.
