摘　　要：在实施企业信息化过程中,作为实现业务过程自动化的关键,业务过程集成正受到越来越多的重视,并迫切需要在企业业务过程中得到应用。分析了过程集成实施基础和集成框架,提出了企业业务过程集成模型。研究了集成点确定途径,在此基础上给出了企业内部和外部业务过程集成的方法。Process integration plays an important role in implementation of contemporary enterprises＇ informationization. As the key point in business process automatization, business process integration has drawn increasing attention from enterprises. And it should be used urgently in practice. By analyzing the foundation and framework in implementation, a business process integration model was proposed. The idea of integration method with the interior and exterior of the enterprise was put forward, which is based on confirming the integration point.
