西气东输二线X80级管线钢的开发和应用

摘　　要：简单介绍了管线钢的发展和应用,介绍了西气东输二线工况用X80钢的理化、力学性能的设计思路、基本要求以及实物质量。所确定的化学成分和组织符合当今高钢级管线钢发展的要求,具有焊接性能好、强韧性好的特点。西气东输二线管道工程用X80钢管的实物质量都满足相关技术条件的要求,目前已用于西气东输二线工程的φ1219mm螺旋埋弧焊管和直缝埋弧焊管将近200万t。The article introduces the development and application of alloy steel pipe,and also the design thought,basic requirement and object quality of physicochemic and mechanical property of X80 alloy steel based on the working condition of Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project.The chemical constitution and organization requirement determined are accordance with the requirements of high strength pipe,it has good welding property,good strength and toughness.The object quality of X80 pipe used in Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project all meets the requirements of specification.At present,the number of SSAW and LSAW of Ф 1 219 mm used in Second West to East Gas Pipeline Project has nearly about 2 000 000t.
