摘  要:针对我国长输管线施工中管道环焊缝根焊难的技术瓶颈,采用φ1219mm带衬垫的管道气动内对口器与PAW3000双焊炬管道自动焊机配套,进行管道环焊缝根焊技术和焊接工艺研究。分别以铬锆铜和在紫铜表层喷涂镍铬陶瓷复合层为衬垫材料进行焊接试验,并与无衬垫焊缝进行比较。结果表明,以这两种材料作为管道气动内对口器的焊接衬垫,采用自动焊接工艺进行管道环焊缝根焊,可以实现单面焊双面成形,不但可焊性好,焊缝成形美观,而且具有焊接效率高,焊接质量好等特点。焊接接头的各项性能检测指标与无衬垫相当。To resolve the technical circumfferentM backing welding problems in the long-distance pipefine construction,the Ф1 219 mm liner of pneumatic tube inside the device is used to form a complete set with the PAW3000 counterparts in the two-channel automatic welding torch,which is to carry out the research of circumferential backing welding technology and welding technology is used.The welding experiments are respectively taken on the copper-chromium-zirconium materials and the nickel-chrome ceramic composite layer, which was sprayed on the copper surface materials.As contrast to the welding line without welding backing,the results show that when those two materials are used to be the welding backing,the circumferential backing welding could achieve the welding by single-side but molding on double-side with the automatic welding technology.After a lot of rewelding tests,it is found that not only is well the weldability,but the welding shape,efficiency and quality of welding also are better.Welded joints of the detection performance indicators are as well as the non-back-up shoes.
