摘　　要：介绍了焊接一次合格率、当量焊口、当量焊接合格率等概念及其计算方法。提出了过高的焊接一次合格并不能代表高的施焊质量,反而会给工程带来不利影响。应针对工程实际设定一个合适的焊接一次合格率,既有利于提高施工效率,也有利于保证工程质量。This paper introduces some concepts and calculation methods,such as primary qualification rate of welding,equivalent welded joint and qualification rate of equivalent welding.It presents that overhigh primary qualification rate can not represent the high quality of welding,adversely affect the project.In the light of actual project,it should set a suitable primary qualification rate of welding, that will help to improve construction efficiency, and guarantee the quality of project.
