摘　　要：如何提高长输管道施工进度和施工质量一直是施工单位进行技术攻关的方向,在此首次采用了双联管施工技术对西气东输二线工程中进行管道施工,详细介绍了双联管施工技术中的坡口加工、半自动定位焊+内/外双丝埋弧焊等技术措施,并分析了各工序的质量控制。采用双联管施工技术提高了生产效率,降低了施工成本,应用效果良好。How to improve the schedule and quality of long-distance pipeline construction is always the direction of technological breakthrough.Double-pipe construction technique was first used in West-East Gas Transmission Pipeline No.2 Prnject,this paper introduces the technical measures of double-pipe construction technique in detail, such as groove processing, semi-automatic positioning welding＋inner/outer twin-wire submerged arc welding,and analyzes the quality control of each process.The use of double-pipe construction technique enhances the productivity ,reduces the construction cost and achieves good results.
