摘 要:目的一套可显压力的细胞灌注培养装置的设计并测试其性能。方法:设计、制作一套细胞灌注培养装置,然后测定其流量、压力、恒温效果、无菌效果并进行细胞的初步培养观察。结果:正常灌注时,本装置温度恒定,流量、压力可控,系统连续运转5天培养液中无细菌生长,初步培养结果表明,乳腺癌细胞在该装置中可获得较好的培养效果。Objective :To establish a cell perfusion culture device which could show pressure and test for its capability. Methods:A cell perfusion culture device was designed, and its functions were tested, including the flow rate, homoiothermy, pressure, sterility and the preliminary effect for culturing cell. Results : Under normol perfusion, the temperature and pressure and flow rate of the device were invariable relatively and could be controlled. There were no germ grown in culture medium detected by means of bacteria cultivation. Preliminary culture results showed that the breast cancer cells grew preferably in the device. Conclusion:The perfusion culture device was used for online testing the metabolic changes within living cells by NMR.
