益肾蠲湿合剂治疗难治性肾病综合征

摘　　要：目的观察益肾蠲湿合剂用于难治性肾病综合征的疗效。方法选择难治性肾病综合征患者28例,其中接受标准激素治疗后6例无效、18例依赖和4例复发,予中药复方益肾蠲湿合剂治疗12周,按1992年全国原发性肾小球疾病分型与诊治标准判定结果。结果尿蛋白减少始于治疗后第4周,至12周与治疗前比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。血沉降低及血清白蛋白上升始于12周,至第24周出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。血肌酐下降也始于12周,但至24周未见显著性差异。治疗期无不良反应。24周后,9例完全缓解,14例部分缓解,5例无效,总有效率82%。结论益肾蠲湿合剂治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效显著,能同步改善肾功能,且无明显不良反应。Objective It is to observe the effect of Yishenjuanshi traditional Chinese drug on refractory nephrotic syndrome （RNS）. Methods 28 cases with RNS were chosen included 4 cases with fail treatment, 18 cases with dependence of corticosteroids and 4 cases with recurrence. Then, all cases were treated with Yishenjuanshi traditional Chinese drug for 12 weeks, and the effect was judged by the standards of primary glomerular disease types and diagnosis made in 1992. Results Urine protein started to decrease at the 4th week and the difference became significant at the 12th week. Blood Sedimentation started to decrease and serum albumin started to increase at the 12th week and the difference became significant at the 24th week. Serum creatinine started to decrease at the 12th week, but the decrease had no significance until the 24th week. During treatment, there was not any side effect. After 24 weeks of treatment, there were 9 cases with complete relief, 14 eases with partial relief, 5 cases with no availability, and total cure rate was 82%. Conclusion Yishenjuanshi traditional Chinese drug exerts a beneficial effect on treatment of RNS associated with increased renal function and no side effect.
