复方丹参颗粒解热、利尿作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参颗粒的解热、利尿作用。方法通过制造二硝基苯酚致家兔发热及大鼠利尿实验模型,观察复方丹参颗粒的解热、利尿作用。结果复方丹参颗粒可明显抑制发热家兔体温上升及增加排泄尿量,与模型对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05和P<0.01);结论复方丹参颗粒具有明显解热、利尿作用。Objective It is to observe the antipyretic and diuretic effects of Fufang Danshen granules. Methods The antipyretic effect was observed by made febrile model of rabbit with subcutaneous injection of dinitrophenol, and the diuretic effect was observed by collected the urine of rats in metabolic cage. Results Fufang Danshen granules significantly inhibited the temperature rise of rabbit and increased the urine volume of rats, and the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 001 ） compared with those in model control group. Conclusion Fufang Danshen granules have obvious antipyretie and diuretic effect.
