摘  要:建立了用液相色谱串联质谱定量检测杀虫双残留的方法,考察酸碱度对杀虫双形态的影响。结果表明:液相色谱-质谱选择反应监测技术定量检测鱼组织中的杀虫双残留,其线性范围为10.96~10960μg/L,检出限为21.92μg/kg,回收率为92.8%;杀虫双在pH值小于3或大于9时会发生水解,形成多种水解产物,因此在杀虫双检测过程中控制酸碱度是至关重要的。A new method was developed for direct determination of dimehypo residue by liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometer. The effect of acidity or alkalinity on the configuration of dimehypo was investigated. The results showed that selection reaction monitoring technique was a rapid, sensitive, and selective method for detecting dimehypo residue in fish tissue. Its linear range was 10.96-10960 μg/L, detected limit was 21.92 μg/kg, and recovery was 92.8%. Dimehypo would hydrolyze when pH was lower than 3 or higher than 9, many kinds of hydrolysate were produced. It was important to control acidity or alkalinity of extracts during determining.
