摘  要:单片集成V/F变换器广泛用于自动控制、数字仪表和无线电设备中,其功能用于完成电压和频率之间的转换。将电压量(或电流量)转换成频率信号后其抗干扰能力大为增强,并且应用极为方便。本文以AD652为例,阐述了电荷平衡式压频转换器的工作原理,重点分析了转换过程中的原理性误差和由器件带宽产生的高频误差,并求解出误差表达式。Single-integrating voltage-frequency converters are widely applied to automation, digital-instrument and wireless-equipment, which accomplish the conversion between voltage and frequency. Therefore, the ability of anti-jamming is enhanced and its application is more convenient. The principle is elaborated of charge-balancing voltage-frequency converter with AD652 as an example to emphasise on the errors which are from principle and brought by the amplify' s bandwith, and finally the expression of error is calculated.
