摘　　要：海日苑二期商住楼项目从方案中标到施工图设计,期间经历了多次的方案修改、尝试和比较,以及一系列的方案报建、消防报建等报批手续和相关的设计调整,最终获得各有关部门的审核批准,历时两年多,本文以该项目的设计过程为例,分析其主要的设计难点及解决方法,为同类型设计提供参考。During the period from the successful bid to the construction drawing design,the architectural plan of Hairiyuan Ⅱ Commerce and Residence Building has gone through many phases,such as altering,creating and comparing for the plan,applying the architectural plan approval and fire-fighting approval,as well as the relative design adjustment. This paper analyses the main design difficulties and solved methods for the architectural design process,for similar design projects as references.
