摘  要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等为主要单体,丙烯酸全氟烷基酯(ZonylTM)为含氟单体,甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)为交联单体,采用种子乳液聚合法制备了含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液。研究了ZonylTM、HEMA、引发剂(APS)用量、复合乳化剂(SDS/OP-10)、聚合温度、聚合时间和搅拌速度等因素对聚合反应最终转化率、耐水性和乳液稳定性的影响。制备的乳液单体总转化率高,乳液凝聚率低,聚合反应稳定,涂膜的综合性能优良。此外,含氟乳胶膜对水的接触角及TG分析结果表明,ZonylTM有效参与了共聚反应,提高了涂膜的耐水性及耐热性。The fluorine-containing acrylate copolymer emulsion was synthesized by seed emulsion polymerization with methyl methacrylate(MMA), butyl acrylate(BA) as main monomers and perfluoroalkyl methacrylate (Zonyl TM) as fluorine-containing monomer, 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA) as crosslinking monomer. The effects of such factors as Zonyl TM, HEMA, initiator (APS), mixing emulsifier(SDS/OP-10), polymerization temperature, polymerization time and stirring rate on the total conversion of the emulsion polymerization, water proofness and the emulsion stability were investigated. The total conversion of the emulsion monomer is high, emulsion coagulating rate is low, emulsion polymerization is stable, comprehenisive properties of the film is excellent. Moreover, water contact angle and thermogravimetry(TG) of the fluorine-containing emulsion film were analyzed. The results show that Zonyl TM effectively takes part in the copolymerization and increases water proofness and thermal stability of the film.
