摘 要:研究了氯氮卓在luminol-H2O2-NaOH体系中的化学发光行为,在选定的最佳实验条件下,测定了氯氮卓浓度与化学发光强度的关系。结果表明:在1.11×10^-11~8.35×10^-10mol/L内氯氮卓浓度与发光信号成线性关系,检出限为4.79×10^-12mol/L,重复测定11次的相对标准偏差为2.49%(Cs=3.34×10^-10mol/L)。该方法被成功用于梨汁中氯氮卓含量的分析,该方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,对法院毒物检测具有重大现实意义。A sensitive chemiluminescence method for the determination of chlordiazepoxide is presented. It is based on the greatly enhancive effect of chlordiazepoxide on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and hydrogen peroxide in the flow system. The increase in chemiluminescence intensity was linearly proportional to the chlordiazepoxide concentration in the range from 1.11 ×10^-11 to 8. 35×10^-10 mol/L. The detection limit was 4. 79×10^-12 mol/L and the relative standard deviations of eleven replicates are less than 2.49 % (Cs= 3.34×10^-l0 mol/L). The proposed chemiluminescence method for the determination of chlordiazepoxide is easily performed with a high degree of sensitivity and simplicity compared to the conventional method and was applied successfully to the determination of chlordiazepoxide in pear juice without pre-treatment. The possible mechanism of the chemiluminescence reaction is discussed.
