富营养化水体对黑麦草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:研究了两处富营养化水体对黑麦草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.研究结果表明:当富营养化水体的浓度稀释为原浓度的25%时,其对黑麦草种子萌发无明显影响;浓度高时对种子萌发有抑制作用,100%浓度的抑制作用最为强烈;整个幼苗生长期间,低浓度的富营养化水体能明显促进黑麦草株高的伸长及根系的生长;75%,100%浓度不利于黑麦草地上生物量的积累;两处富营养化水体对黑麦草叶绿素的含量均有明显的促进作用且达到显著水平(P<0.05),说明富营养化水体中丰富的N,P元素及一些金属元素,均有利于叶绿素的合成.Effects of eutrophic water on seed germination and seedling growth of Lolium perenne L. was studied. The results showed that the concentration diluted to 25 % of the eutrophic water had little effect on seed germination of Lolium perenne L., but seed germination was inhibited at high concentration, especially in 100% eutrophic water. During the growing period, low concentrations solution of the two eutrophic water could promote seedling height and root growth of Lotium perenne L. The concentrations of 75% and 100% were not favorable for biomass accumulation. The eutrophic water could also enhance the chlorophyll content of L. perenne, and the differences reached significant level (P〈0.05). This indicated that abundant N and P elements and some metal elements were beneficial to chlorophyll synthesis of turfgrass.
