摘　　要：对于SMT工艺技术人员来说,一个重要的工作就是从CAD设计系统中获取必要的特征数据,经过相应的整理、转换,使之能成为符合要求的格式。在数据准备过程中我们发现了一些问题,例如,CAD设计系统和SMT设备定义的元件角度不一样、元件手工分配等等。为解决这些问题,我开发了数据准备系统DPS,它能自动检查并修正元件角度,此外DPS能处理多种格式的CAD数据,大幅度提高生产效率,证明了本解决方案的优越性和高效性。文章详细介绍了DPS软件的设计与开发中的思想、方法和经验。It is an important job for SMT engineer to export needed characteristic data from CAD design system,then data is converted into the format which meets expectations after processing.We found some questions in the course of data preparation,for example,the rotation of component is different between CAD design system and SMT equipment,component distribution by hand,etc.Data preparation system（DPS） is developed to solve these questions,it can automatically check and correct the rotation of component,and moreover, DPS can deal with multiformat CAD data,it has greatly improved the produce efficiency, and proved superiority and efficiency of scheme. This paper introduces thought,method,experience of designing and developing DPS software.
