钛鞣猪皮服装革工艺的探索

摘　　要：无铬鞣是制革发展的新趋势,钛鞣属于无铬鞣的重要组成部分。本文基于正交实验的结果得到钛鞣猪皮服装革工艺的最佳控制参数,即:温度为25～30℃,液比为2.0～2.5,鞣制时间为7.0～8.5h,钛鞣剂用量为4.0%～5.0%。Chrome-free tanning is a new trend in leather-making industry. Titanium tanning is one of the chrome-free tanning. The optimum technological parameter for titanium tanning pigskin garment leather was acquired： temperature 25-30℃, the ratio of liquor 2.0-2.5, time for tanning 7.0-8.5 h and the dosage of tanning agent 4.0%-5.0%.
