摘  要:通过对氨基磺酸盐体系中铅、镉和铅-镉镀液的阴极化曲线的研究,结果表明镀液中加入添加剂间苯二酚,显著增加电极极化及改善镀层性能;用脉冲电沉积代替常规直流电沉积铅-镉,结果表明,脉冲电沉积所得镀层质量较直流法有明显改善;原子吸收分光光度法测定表明,直流电沉积和脉冲电沉积可以得到不同含量的铅镉合金镀层。In this paper, cathodic polarisation curves of lead, cadmium and lead - cadmium mixtute electrolytes were studied in the system of sulphamate. The results indicate that the addition of resorcinol in the electrolyte can increase the polarisation obviously and improve the properties of plating. Pulse elec-trodeposition is used to replace the normal constant current electrodeposition on the plating of lead - cadmium in the experiment. The results indicate that the plating quality of pulse electrodeposition has been obviously improved as compared with that of constant current. The atom absorb spectrum is used to determine cadmium content of plating which increases with the increase of the current.
