摘　　要：济钢第一炼钢厂铸机经常由于快台轴承损坏导致非计划停机。为了解决这个问题,我们对快台振动装置进行了重新选定轴承、偏心轴和其他传动部件的改造,改造后的轴承能够承受的动载荷比改造前提高了一倍,同时快台在线运行稳定性提高了。CCMs of the First Smelting Plant of Jigang Steel are often shut down unexpectly because of failure of bearings of the quick change-dais. So we rebuilt the vibration generator system of the quick change-dais. Such as reseleet bearings,eccentric shaft and other transmission components.As a result, load of the bearings are doubled, and stability of the quick change-dais is improved.
