灭多威肟的气相色谱分析

摘　　要：以５％ＳＥ－３０＋ＦＦＡＰ／ＧａｓＣｈｒｏｍＱ（１５０－１８０μｍ）为固定相，对灭多威肟进行气相色谱分析，在选定的气相色谱条件下，其最小检测限量为６．０×１０－１０ｇ，方法的标准偏差为０．３５。变异系数为０．４５％，回收率为９９．８６％，适于灭多威肟的分析。A method was developed for the determination of methomyl oxime by gas chromatography on 5%(SE-30+FFAP)/gas Chrom Q. In the condition of this paper,the detection limits was 6.0×10 -10 g.The standard deviation was 0.35 and the coefficient of variation was 0.45%. The recovery was 99.86%.This is a useful method of analysis of methomyl oxime.
