少数民族传统体育的推广研究

摘　　要：少数民族传统体育是民族文化的重要组成部分。根据问卷调查的结果,从体育教师对少数民族传统体育基本情况的认识,少数民族传统体育的传播途径、纳入学校教育的最佳时机,少数民族传统体育的繁荣与少数民族传统体育特点的关系等方面分析推广少数民族传统体育的途径和方法,并对少数民族传统体育的健康发展提出相应的建议。Minority traditional sports are an important part of the ethnic culture. According to the results of a questionnaire and the analysis of the P.E. teachers＇ basic knowledge of the minority traditional sports, and the ways of popularizing the minority traditional sports, it is the best time for bringing it into the regular school education. The flourishing of minority traditional sports and their characteristics are closely related. This paper aims to discuss the best channel and approach to popularize the minority traditional sports. The author puts forward some suggestions to promote sound development of the minority traditional sports.
