摘  要:本文对大同直立炉低温煤焦油和废旧聚乙烯塑料共处理油化的工艺进行了研究,通过优化实验,得到了油化工艺的最佳操作条件,并对试验结果进行了分析。结果表明,在最佳工艺条件下,转化率可达85%,煤焦油加入量为15%。产品中柴油的十六烷值可达48,汽油的辛烷值可达93。In this paper,the process of oil-making through coprocessing of low-temperature tar which comes from Datong standing furnace,and waste PE was studied.The optimum conditions were obtained through optimization experiments.At the same time,the quality of the product was evaluated. Product analysis showed that its conversion rate can reach 85%, the ratio of lowtemperature tar was 15%,hexadecyl number of obtained diesel was 48,octane value of obtained gasoline can reach 93.
