双柏蜜外敷配合腰背肌功能锻炼治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨双柏蜜外敷配合垫枕腰背肌功能锻炼在胸腰椎压缩性骨折康复中的应用。方法对80例胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者采用双柏蜜外敷配合腰背肌功能锻炼,观察骨折愈合情况、疼痛消失时间及功能恢复情况。结果80例患者中优39例(48.8%),良37例(46.2%),差4例(5.0%),优良率95.0%。结论双柏蜜外敷配合垫枕腰背肌功能锻炼可使胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者骨折愈合、疼痛消失时间缩短,尽快恢复患者的功能,缩短疗程,是一种值得推广的方法。Objective To investigate the effect of external application of Chinese herb package with pillow pad,back musle exercise on the thoracic and lumbar compression fracture rehabilitation. Methods A total of 80 patients with compressive fractare of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae were performed to applicate shuangbaimi associated with back and abdominal muscles exercises. The fracture healing,pain and functional recovery time were evaluated. Results Excellent results were achieved in cases 39（48. 8% ）, good in cases 37（46. 2% ） ,and poor m cases 4（5.0% ）. The excellent and good results were 95.0%. Conclusion The experimental group will enable the fracture healing, shorten the time of pain, restore the function of patients as soon as possible and shorten the course of treatment. It is worthy of promotion.
