超声在纵隔子宫妊娠人流术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨实时超声显像在纵隔子宫妊娠的临床应用价值。方法对42例超声诊断的纵隔子宫妊娠和20例需人工流产患者在超声监视指导下人工流产术进行回顾性分析总结。结果42例患者,超声全部明确诊断,其中20例需要人工流产患者在超声监视下均一次成功,无子宫穿孔、绒毛残留、大出血等并发症。结论超声诊断纵隔子宫妊娠及其在超声监视下人工流产有重要的应用价值。Objective To discuss the clinical applicative value of real - time ultrasound imaging in the separate uterus pregnancy. Methods Findings were reveiwed in 42 cases of separate uterus pregnancy with ultrasound diagnosis and 20 cases of artificial abortion under the ultrasound monitoring. Results All of 42 cases were fine diagnosed with ultrasound. And all of 20 cases for artificial abortion were achieved full success, without uteral injury, chori- onic villi residue, bleeding and other complications. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis and ultrasound monitored artificial abortion in the separate uterus pregnancy are worthy for clinical use.
