摘  要:目的调查分析肠杆菌科菌产ESBEs情况及其对常用抗生素的耐药性与耐药特点。方法应用回顾性调查方法,对本院从2008年1月-2008年12月间临床样本分离的肠杆菌科菌的药敏试验进行统计分析。结果所分离出的肠杆菌科菌561株,其中产ESBLs株329株,占肠杆菌科菌的58.6%,产ESBLs肠杆菌科菌对多种常用抗生素高度耐药,对亚胺培南高度敏感,其次为阿米卡星。结论本地区产ESBLs肠杆菌科菌检出率维持在较高水平,亚胺培南可作为经验性治疗产ESBLs肠杆菌科菌引起的重症感染的首选。Objective To study the resistance of extended spectrumβ- lactamase producing clinical isolates in Enterobacteria to antibacterials in common use. Methods Through retrospective review, statistical analyze the antimicrobial susceptibility of Enterobacteria from January 2008 to December 2008. Results The Enterobacteriac isolated are 561 strains, among which 329 produce ESBLs, about 58.6 percent of the Enterobacteria. The producing ESBLs Enterobacteria are highly resistant to antibaeterials in common use and highly sensitive to imipenem. Secondly sensitive drug are amikacin. Conduslon The ratio of the producing ESBLs Enterobacteria is high in our district. Imipenem can be the first choice to cure the severe infection caused by the produceing ESBLs Enterobactefia.
