老年性心肌梗塞患者的循证护理

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理在老年性心肌梗塞患者中的应用效果。方法确定问题后查阅相关文献资料对患者进行实证护理。结果在个性化循证护理帮助下,早期识别、诊断老年性心肌梗塞、提高老年性心肌梗塞患者的生存率。结论循证护理在老年性心肌梗塞患者的护理中能防范于未然,对提高患者生存率,减少复发率有重要意义。Objective To discuss the effect of evidence - based nursing for senile myocardial infarction patients. Methods After the question determined, relevant literatures were reviewed, then the evidence -based nursing were implemented to patients. Results Followed the direction of evidence - based nursing with personalization, the early recognition and diagnosis of senile myocardial infarction will archieved, the senile myocardial infarction patient＇ s survival rate were elevated. Conclusion The evidence - bsed nursing can guard against mistakes beforehand insenile myocardial infarction patient＇ s nursing, so it is important to enhance the patient＇ s survival rate, reduces the recurrence rate of patients.
