仲烷基磺酸钠在改性氯-偏乳液聚合中的应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了新型乳化剂——仲烷基磺酸钠（ＳＡＳ）的产品特性。重点讨论了ＳＡＳ在改性氯－偏乳液聚合中的应用情况。研究结果表明，以ＳＡＳ作为改性氯－偏乳液聚合的专用乳化剂，能使产品的表面张力降低１～２ｍＮ／ｍ，便于施工，能提高ｐＨ值１～１．５，从而提高产品的稳定性；还能降低生产成本４０元／ｔ。The product properties of a new type of emulsifierSAS are introduced.It is emphasized the application of SAS in emulsion polymerization of modified vinyl chloridevinylidene chlorids.The results show that it regards SAS as the special emulsion,the surface tension of the product can decrease 1～2 mN/m,which is convenient to construct.Its pH value can increase 1～1.5 and inerease the stabilty of the product,and also reduce the production cost 40 yuan/t.
