摘 要:对织物涂层整理剂中微量甲醛的高效液相色谱分析方法进行了系统研究,对衍生条件和色谱分离方法进行了探讨,实现了对涂层整理剂中微量甲醛的准确定量.该方法线性关系良好,回归方程为y=3.8929x+10.123(r=0.99993),线性范围为8.0-400mg/kg,加标回收率在93.2%~106.6%范围,不同浓度样品相对标准偏差在1.6%~6.89/6之间.A high performance liquid chromatography method for determination of trace formaldehyde in textile coating agents was reformed in this paper. The derivation and HPLC conditions were optimized to obtain good test results. The calibration curve for formaldehyde gave good linearity. The linear regression equation was established as y=3. 892 9x+10. 123, with linearity range from 8. 0-400 mg/kg and correlation coefficient of 0. 999 3. The recovery range was 93. 2%-106. 6%, and the relative standard derivation (RSD) for different concentration samples was found to be 1.6%-6.8%
