摘　　要：高校图书馆服务模式,要在"大学生自主学习系统"转型的前提下、在大学教学模式转换的配合下,实现由传统单纯信息服务模式到知识增值模式的转换。要强化学科化服务、个性化服务对知识增值的放大器作用。为此要在馆员结构、教师—馆员交流机制、馆员—辅导员协同机制等方面进行改革创新,并以制度化建设予以保障。The university library services model must be transformed from traditional mode to knowledge value --added model under the conversion premise of ＂the system of Self--regulated learning＂ and coupled with the transformation of university teaching mode. Strengthening role of the amplifier of academic services, personalized knowledge on the knowledge value --added services . So need reform and innovation on the. Librarians in structure, teachers -- Librarian exchange mechanism, the Librarian -- counselor collaborative mechanisms . and to be protected with institutional building.
