门诊肿瘤患者中药用药情况的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解医院门诊肿瘤患者中药的使用情况,为指导临床合理使用中药治疗肿瘤疾病提供初步的依据。方法采用随机抽样的调查方法,对广州中医药大学第一附属医院门诊中药房2007年11月至2008年3月门诊肿瘤患者的中药处方进行调查分析。结果门诊处方中,按药效分,一共使用了18种功效的中药。处方中出现频率居前3位的依次是补益药、清热药和利水渗湿药;按种类分,一共使用了249种中药,处方中出现频率居前3位的依次是党参、白芍和茯苓。结论中药治疗肿瘤疾病主要是通过扶正祛邪与清热解毒联合运用,再通过辨证论治,从整体观念出发,合理用药,与其他不同疗效的中药相配伍,以达到治疗肿瘤疾病的目的。Objective To investigate the application situation of traditional Chinese medicine in the tumor patients from outpatient, so as to provide the preliminary basis for the guidance of clinical reasonable usage of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor disease. Methods The prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine from November 2007 to March 2008 of the out - patient pharmacy of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly investigated. Ruse｜ts In the out- patient prescriptions, according to different efficacy, there are 18 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines. The top 3 drugs that were most frequently used were replenishing drugs, the heat drugs, and lee shen shi-water drugs. According to plants of the drugs, there are 249 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine. The top 3 drugs that were most frequently used were the codonopsis pilosula, the root of herbaceous peony, and Fuling. Conclusion In the treatment of cancer, the main role of traditional Chinese medicine is eliminating evils to support healthy eneray and cleanup heat detoxifcation. Then from the overall concept, rational drug use and various other effects of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine should be considered to achieve the treatment purpose through differential treatment.
