艾滋病经夫妻子女间传播的研究

摘　　要：目的研究艾滋病经夫妻子女间的传播情况、原因,为制定夫妻之间预防艾滋病的方法与措施提供依据。方法对艾滋病/HIV确认阳性一方的配偶及子女采用行为学和HIV血清流行病学方法,计算夫妻子女间HIV的感染情况,行为学与HIV感染的关系。结果对117对一方艾滋病/HIV阳性的夫妻进行血清流行病学调查,发现夫妻之间在无防护条件下,HIV自然感染率为60.68%(71/117);其中双方同一时间检出HIV阳性55对,占77.46%(55/71);HIV流行率22.54%(16/71);母婴HIV传播率14.08%(10/71);家庭密切接触未发现HIV感染者。结论玉林市夫妻间艾滋病感染率高,艾滋病的流行首先危及的是夫妻及其子女,是构成艾滋病流行的重要部分,母婴传播的增加,殃及下一代,造成对社会的负担和不稳定,阻断艾滋病夫妻子女间传播是当前预防艾滋病的一项重要工作,不能忽视。Objective To investigate the spread of AIDS between husband and wife and their children, and to provide a scientific evidence for developing AIDS prevention in these people. Methods Behavioral observation and HIV seroepidemiological method were applied to analyze the HIV infection of the target people. Either of the couple was HIV positive , the relation between behaviors and HIV infections in the＂ positive＂ couples and their children was investigated. Results One hundred and seventeen couples in whom either of the couple was HIV positive were investigated by HIV seroepidemiological method.The HIV natural infection rate was 60.68% （71/ 177）, and fifty five couples who were both detected to be HIV positive at the same time accounted for 77.46% （55/71） . The HIV transmission rate was 22.54% （16/71）in one year, and the HIV transmission rate between mother and child was 14.08% （10/71） . There was no other family member infected in close contact with HIV positive person in the family. Conclusions The HIV infection rate between husband and wife is high in Yulin City. The prevalence of AIDS will directly endanger those couples and their children . The AIDS transmission rate between mother and child is increasing, it will endanger the younger generation, and make burden for society , and social instability. So it is important to prevent AIDS spread between husband and wife and their children, and is also a chief task for AIDS prevention that can not be ignored.
