摘 要:研究了玻璃微珠填充聚丙烯中玻璃微珠含量及粒径大小对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,填充体系随着微珠体积分数V_f的增加,拉伸弹性模量E_c和冲击强度S_(IC)呈非线性函数形式增大,而拉伸屈服强度σ_(yc) 则相反,在相同条件下,小粒径微珠填充体系的E_c和σ_(yc)稍高于大粒径微珠填充体系。在V_f为0~20%的范围内,复合材料的S_(IC)为纯聚丙烯的1.4倍。The influence of glass bead content and its size on the mechanical property of glass bead filled polypropylene (PP) composite have been investigated. The results show that the tensile elastic modulus (Ee)and impact strength (SIC) increase non-linearly but contrary to the tensile yield strength (σ6yc)with increasing the volulme fractionCV,) of galss bead. At the same conditions the values of Ee and σyc of the composite with smaller glass beads are somewhat higher than those of the composite with bigger ones;the maximum SIC value of the composite is 1. 4 time as high as the pure PP in Vf range of 0-20%.
