摘　　要：针对目前广泛采用的双蓄热式加热炉在实际生产中存在的产量底、能耗大等问题进行研究,通过对烧嘴、蓄热箱的结构、燃烧控制系统及加热炉炉体和水冷梁的隔热问题进行设备改造,实现双蓄热式加热炉增加产量和降低燃料消耗的目的。In view of the current widespread adoption of the two-furnace heat storage in the actual production of existing production at the end of major issues such as energy research, through the burner, storage tank Structure, combustion control system and furnace and water heater Leung The issue of insulation equipment modified to achieve double-regenerative furnace to increase production and reduce fuel consumotion.
