摘　　要：对玻璃模具用Ｄ墨铸铁的化学成分进行了优选。结果表明，显微组织、抗氧化、抗生长和抗热疲劳等综合性能均得到明显的改善。经工业性试验，模具的寿命成倍提高。he chemical composition of D type graphite cast iron for glass mould was optimized. The results indicated that the microstructure, mechanical properties, oxidation resistance, growth resistance and thermal fatigue resistance were improved obviously. The plant scale test showed that its service life can be double.
