摘　　要：讨论了自主创新的概念内涵以及自主创新推动产业升级的内在机理,并在此基础上,构建了自主创新推动陕北能源化工基地产业升级的3条路径,提出了对策建议。This paper discusses the content of self-oriented innovation and the internal mechanism that self-oriented innovation promotes industrial upgrading. On this basis,we construct three routes that self-oriented innovation promote industrial upgrading of Shanbai energy and chemical industry base. Finally some advice is offered.
