摘　　要：为了提高国有企业在我国高新技术产品贸易中贡献率,增强国有企业在高新技术产品贸易的竞争力,通过定性和定量分析,研究国有企业在我国高新技术产品贸易中贡献率不断降低的原因,发现:盈利率低、自主创新能力不高,没掌握核心技术,没有良好的创新环境是造成国有企业贡献率小并不断降低的原因。In order to improve state-owned enterprises＇ contribution to the high-tech product trade in China and enhance competition ability,we research, why state-owned enterprises＇ contribution to the high-tech product trade keeps declining by qualitative and quantitative analysis. We find that what lies behind this is the low profit and poor innovation ability, lacking core-technology and good environment to innovate.
