摘　　要：对宁波地区的集群企业进行了调研,并分析了产业集群的技术创新、企业信息化、资源与能力约束的现状。在产业集群原有产品协作的基础上,从增强集群企业可持续发展能力出发,提出了产业集群协作创新战略模型。从系统工程的角度,研究了资源共享、制度与机制、社会氛围、网络技术体系等多个层面的集群协作创新问题,并探讨了网格化协同创新支撑平台的设计。In this paper, an investigation was made of the nearby enterprises of Ningbo City,and the status quo of technology innovation, enterprise informatics and resource restriction level of enterprise clusters was addressed. Based on the existing cooperation foundation among members of enterprise cluster,an innovation strategic model is put forward from the view point of enforcing the ability of sustainable development of enterprise cluster. Furthermore, the policy for resource sharing,cooperating mechanism and strategy,and relevant supporting network platform are discussed.
