摘 要:目的探讨转化生长因子TGF-β1在不同照射强度下表达情况及与放射性肺损伤的关系。方法BALB/c雄性小鼠,体重25 g,6MV-X射线照射,按不同单次照射剂量和照射间隔时间分为A组、B组、C组、D组和对照组。分别在第1、2、3、6月处死后取肺组织HE染色,同时ELISA法测定血清中TGF-β1。结果TGF-β1含量从第2个月开始上升,6个月值最高。A组、B组、D组和对照组无显著差别(P>0.05)。C组和对照组比较有显著差别(P<0.05),C组TGF-β1血浆浓度明显高于对照组。结论放射肺损伤的原因是多因素的,与血清中的TGF-β1变化情况及照射剂量关系密切。一定剂量内增加大单次剂量,增加间隔时间不会加重放射性肺损伤,提示放射性肺损伤的发生很可能存在一定的单次照射剂量和强度最佳阈值。Objective To observe the expression of Transforming Growth Factorβ1 (TGF-β1)in BALB/ e mice by different amount of irradiation intensity and the radiation injury of lung. Methods The right chests ( size : 1.8 cm × 1.8 cm) of mice ( male BALB/c) were irradiated by 6 MV linear accelerator. The histological changes of their lungs stained with HE were observed at 1 month ,2 month,3 month and 6 month separately after the radiation. Expression of TGF-β1 was evaluated by ELISA technique. Results The content of TGF-β1 increased from 1 month, maximum at 6 month . The serum TGF-β1 of the A,B and D group was not higher than the control group (P 〉 0. 05) , while at C group, TGF-β1 was significantly higher than that the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion There are various factors contributed to the injury of normal lung by radiation. This paper suggest the relation between the expression of TGF-β1 and the radiation dose.
