三维彩色多普勒超声在胎儿畸形诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨三维超声成像在对胎儿畸形诊断的临床应用价值。方法2 104名中、晚期妊娠孕妇进行产前检查,对怀疑其胎儿发育异常的孕妇进行三维成像,来明确诊断胎儿的畸形类型。结果在2 104例中晚期妊娠的孕妇中,查出各种先天畸形38例,发生率为1.8%。结论三维彩超在产前检查中,重点检查胎儿畸形,安全、可靠,图像直观,立体感强,是准确率极高的必要检查手段之一。Objective To evaluate the application of three-dimensional（GE-V730D） in the diagnosis of fetalmalformation. Methods Two thousand and one hundred four medium-late pregnancy fetuses who were suspected to be fetalmalformation received 3DUS examination to diagnosis the types . Results Among 2104 example medium-late pregnancy women, 38 examples of each kind of congenital fetalmafformation were found out, the formation rate was 1. 8%. Conclusoin 3DUS in the prenatal examination can inspect the malformation with emphasis, it is safe, reliable, the image is direct-viewing, has stereoscopic effect and is one of kind of essential inspection methods with extremely high diagnosis rate.
