微创技术在心脏外科疾病治疗中的应用(英文)

摘　　要：目的观察微创技术在心血管外科中的应用。方法从1998年5月到2005年12月,共选择583例心脏外科手术患者,包括:房间隔缺损、室间隔缺损、肺动脉瓣狭窄、左房黏液瘤、二尖瓣和主动脉瓣病、动脉导管未闭和冠心病患者。所有冠心病患者采用胸骨正中切口,并采用非体外循环下冠脉搭桥术。所有动脉导管未闭的患者采用左后外侧听诊三角开胸。其余患者,则根据年龄、发病率和肥胖程度,选择右前外乳腺下切口或右前外腋下斜行小切口或胸骨正中小切口。结果在冠心病患者中有6例死亡,其余322例患者均术后恢复良好,顺利出院,手术效果满意。结论微创技术在心脏外科手术中的应用,具有切口小、创伤小、安全性高、恢复快和不影响美观等特点,术后效果良好。Objective To observe the clinical use of minimally invasive in cardiovascular surgery. Methods Five hundred and eighty-three cases of heart operations from May 1998 to December 2005 were selected, including atrial septal defect, ventricular septal defect, pulmonary artery valvular stenosis, left atrial myxoma, mitral valve and aortic valve disease, patent ductus arteriousus and coronary artery disease. All the coronary artery diseased patients received a full midline sternotomy and off pump coronary artery bypass graft. All the patent ductus arteriousus patients received a levopostolateral triangle of suscultation incision thoracotomy. For the other patients, according to age, morbidity and obesity level, the small right anterolateral submammary arc incision thoracotomy or the small right anterolateral subaxillary oblique incision thoracotomy, or the small sternal median incision thoracotomy was selected. Results For the coronary artery disease patients, there were six deaths in the whole group, for the others, the 322 patients were all cured and discharged, the postoperative results were perfect. Conclusion For the minimally invasive technique in cardiac disease treatment, it is small incision, lightly trauma, fast recovery, safety and beauty.
