摘　　要：建设健康城市这一全球战略在各国和城市的有效推进,必须在机制和策略方面进行积极探索。上海市长宁区健康城区建设工作形成了政府主导、部门协调和全民参与的综合推进机制,以及强化意识、重在参与、评比激励的行动策略和培育责任、整合资源及和谐共生的目标策略,并通过六大工作整合与联动机制使得各行动主体由被动转向主动;从而达到人群、环境与社会健康全面推进,相互协调,最终促进人的健康。In order to promote the healthy city program in China, we must explore effective strategies. In this regard, the experience of building a healthy city in Changning District of Shanghai Municipality makes sense. They form a comprehensive mechanism to promote the healthy city program. Their project is government-led, involves the departments＇ coordination and the public＇s participation. They take strategies of action that enhance awareness and participation, inspire people by rating and reward. They also take strategies of objective that cultivate responsibility, integrate the resources and make every participant benefits from the actions. Through the work of six major integrating and interacting mechanisms makes the actors from passive to active. Moreover, they promote not only human health but also the health of the environment and the community, and ultimately to promote human health.
