社区慢性病管理引入商业医疗保险的可行性分析

摘　　要：目前,慢性病已经成为危害城镇居民身体健康,造成居民疾病经济负担加重的重要因素。城镇居民基本医疗保险不能满足人们对较高层次卫生服务和医疗保障的需求,尤其是对慢性病医疗保障的需求。而商业医疗保险可以作为医疗保障体系的有效补充。社区慢性病管理引入商业医疗保险不仅在政策上可行,而且可以达到医疗机构、居民和保险机构的"三赢"。Currently chronic diseases has become a health hazard for urban residents, and become the important factors that have caused them heavy economic burden. The basic medical insurance for urban residents can not meet the higher level needs of health care services, particularly the health care needs of those suffering chronic diseases. But fortunately, the commercial medical insurance can be used as an effective medical security system added. The introduction of commercial medical insurance into community management of chronic diseases is not only policy viable, but can reach medical institutions, residents and insurance institutions ＂Three-Wins.＂
