16例慢性丝虫病人照料效果观察

摘　　要：经2～5年照料,16例慢性丝虫病病人淋巴管/结炎发作频率降至1次/年,下肢淋巴液肿周长平均减小0.5cm,足踝部肿胀周长平均减小1.4cm,有2例淋巴液肿Ⅲ期病人已转变为Ⅱ期,慢性丝虫病照料的效果明显。After 2 to 5 years of treatment for chronic lymphatic filariasis, the mean attack frequency of lymphangitis and lymphadenitis decreased to one per year. The circumference of lower limb lymphedema and ankle edema decreased by an average of 0.5 cm and 1.4, respectively. Two patients with stage Ⅲ lymphedema converted to stage Ⅱ. Treatment for chronic lymphatic filariasis patients had an obvious effect.
