摘 要:以疏叶骆驼刺Alhagi sparsifolia无菌苗茎段为外植体,探讨了不同浓度6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)和萘乙酸(NAA)、水解糖蛋白(LH)、赤霉素(GA3)在疏叶骆驼刺茎段离体快繁中的作用以及NAA在生根时的作用。结果表明:1)当NAA浓度为0.1 mg/L时,降低6-BA浓度,有利于芽的生长,反之,有利于丛生芽分化;2)LH能促进苗的生长,增加芽分化能力,MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+1.5 g/L LH为疏叶骆驼刺茎段快繁最佳培养基,增殖倍数为6.8;3)GA3对骆驼刺茎段离体培养无显著促进作用;4)1/2MS+0.1 mg/L NAA为最佳生根培养基,生根率为71.7%。Using Alhagi sparsifolia cuttings as explants, the effects of different concentration of 6-BA and NAA, LH, GA3 on in vitro propagation and the effects of NAA on seedling rooting were discussed. The results are as follows: 1) with 0.1 mg/L NAA, reducing 6-BA concentration was benefit to stem growth. On the contrary, it is benefit to differentiation of buds;2) LH is advantaged to seedling growth and differentiation of buds,MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.1 mg/L NAA +1.5 g/L LH was the better induction medium. Propagation muhiple was 6.8 ;3)The effect of GA3 on in vitro propagation of A. sparsifolia was not significant;4)1/2MS+ 0.1 mg/L NAA was the best medium for roo- ting, the rooting rate was 71.7%.
