陇东黄土高原农业资源特点与农业可持续发展路径分析

摘　　要：陇东黄土高原是典型的传统农业区,土地、气候、生物资源具有一定的潜在优势,但受水资源、经济资源及技术条件的制约,从总体看,农业经济发展水平低,可持续发展能力较弱。在这种条件下,加快农业结构调整,推动资源消耗型农业向产业增值型、科技创新型农业的转变是改造传统农业的必由之路。实现陇东农业可持续发展的战略任务是突出发展草畜业,主要途径为实施林、灌、草生态工程建设,稳步扩大绿色植被覆盖率,抓好草畜、果品、瓜菜三大主导产业,做大做强产业基地,推行标准化生产,推进品牌创建,强化服务职能,完善配套措施等。Eastern Gansu in the loess plateau is a representative traditional agricultural region which has potential superiority in land, climate and biological resources. Generally speaking, due to the re-striction of water resources, economic resources and technical conditions, the level of agricultural development is low and the ability of sustainable development is weak. Under such condition, speeding up the adjustment of agricultural structure, and transforming the resource consuming agricultural economy to value increasing and science innovation one is the inevitable. In order to realize the strategic task of sustainable development, grass and animal husbandry development should be reinforced by ecological engineering construction of forest, shrub and grass. Three leading industry of grass-live-stock, fruit and vegetable should be increased. The industry base need to be strengthened and standardization production need to be implemented.
