摘　　要：中药配伍是方剂学的精髓,而方剂配伍理论研究或者方剂配伍规律研究是方剂学的核心科学问题。理清方剂配伍理论的内含与外延对于我们发掘整理提高中医药理论及创新规范标准可控的中药配伍新模式具有重要意义。本文针对性味配伍、七情合和、君臣佐使、去性取用等配伍理论或思想分别论述,虽不能囊括所有,亦可览其大概,或可对同道有所裨益。The compatibility of chinese traditional medicine is essence of chinese formulae,and the theory of prescription compatibility or the rule of prescription compatibility. To make clear the connotation and extension of prescription compatibility has important significance on improve the theory of traditional chinese medicine and innovate the new model of compatibility of chinese traditional medicine which is standard and controllable. This article to discuss on the theory of compatibility of nature and flavor of medicines and seven modes ofemotion and monarch,minister, assistant and guide theory and remove nature but take it using, it can＇t include all of it,but can view the Summary or can helpful for clinical doctors.
