摘  要:针对霍尼韦尔TPS系统历史模件的历史趋势常常断线、区域数据库常常无法切换、模件常常自动停止工作等故障现象,对可能的影响因素逐一分析,确定了历史模件负荷大的主要影响因素,并对历史模件负荷大的原因进行了分析。从分析结果可知,连续历史组态不合理是造成历史模件负荷大的主要原因。针对连续历史对历史模件的影响,提出了解决办法,达到了良好效果。Aiming at the faults phenomena occurred on the history module of Honeywell TPS System that the history trends were often discontinuous, the area database could not be switched often, and the module often stopped working automatically, etc. , the possible influence factors were analyzed one by one. It has been determined that the main contributing factor is the heavy load on history module, and the reason of the heavy load was analyzed too. From the analyzing result it is known that the unreasonable continuous history configuration is the main cause that leads to heavy load on history module. In light of the impact the continuous history has on the load of the history module, the solution was pointed out and the good effect was achieved.
