摘　　要：在传动设备调试过程中,有时会遇到零漂现象,即速度给定为零时的设备缓慢转动现象。通过对6SE70速度调节器前后各量的观察和分析,提出了针对传统的对零漂现象认识之外的另外一种会造成零漂的原因,针对上述原因,借助于6SE70产品提供的灵活的BICO功能,顺利地解决了零漂问题,使现场设备完全达到了操作要求。同时还说明了在使用中遇到的电容损坏问题及其原因。During the commissioning of drive products, sometimes we will encounter the problem of zerospeed-drift, that is to say, although the speed set point is zero, the equipment will still run at very low speed. By observing and analyzing the speed controller of the 6SE70 converter, another reason of zero-speed-drift was revealed. By using the BICO function that provided by the converter,solved the problem and made the equip- ment meets the operating requirements. In the end, it also revealed the reason why the capacitor was damaged after the equipment has been used for several years.
