叔丁基二胺的合成及其扩链双马来酰亚胺的应用研究

摘  要:用叔丁基对苯二酚和对氯硝基苯反应,合成了1,4-双(4-硝基苯氧基)-2-叔丁基苯(BNTB),用水合肼还原后得到叔丁基二胺单体1,4-双(4-氨基苯氧基)-2-叔丁基苯(BATB)。用BATB与双酚A二酐反应,以马来酸酐作为封端剂,得到了链中含酰亚胺环的内扩链双马来酰亚胺,齐聚物的分子量控制为7172 g/mol。将所得的双马来酰亚胺固体粉末溶于极性溶剂后,直接涂覆铜箔形成20μm涂层、干燥,再经程序升温固化后获得无胶型挠性覆铜板。并对其进行了分析测试,结果表明,所得到的二层法挠性覆铜板(2L-FCCL)具有优异的耐热性、尺寸稳定性和低吸水率。2-tert-butyl-1,4-benzenediol was reacted with p-choronitrobenzene and 1,4-bis(4-nitrophenyloxy) -2-tert-butylbenzene(BNTB) was synthesized. Then BNTB was reduced with hydrazine hydrate; and anovel diamine monomer 1,4-his ( 4-aminophenoxy ) - 2-tert-butylbenzene ( BATB ) was gained. Maleimide-terminated polyimide oligomer was synthesized from BATB and 2, 2'-bis[4-(3, 4-dicarboxyphenoxy) phenyllpropane dianhydride(BPADA). The molecular weights of soluble aro matic imide oligomers were successfully controlled at 7172g/mol. Some applied research was also made on two-layer flexible copper clad laminate (2L-FCCL). The obtained laminate shows excellent solder resistance and low water-absorption.
